At GX Card Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy as follows:
Terms of Return (30 Days)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit. 3 days for a cash refund. Custom orders all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging, and all original components, including cards, sleeves, and inserts, must be included.
